With several kilometers of beachfront, Tranquility offers you excellent water-based activities including snorkeling, scuba diving and kayaking. There is also plenty to do on land, where you can take a picnic lunch and walk to a secluded beach, or along the southerly bush trail to search for treasure in our ancient caves. You can laze on your private beach and raid our book exchange.
Wander off Tranquility’s paths and you’ll quickly find yourself a jungle adventure amongst thick trees and vines. Ask the managers to sketch you a map or hire a local guide. We have a Dog (Boots) which loves to be your bush walk guide, she is very good and loves Fred’s Beach.
Walk for an hour along the beach and up over the saddle to get to Fred’s Beach, which is fantastic for snorkeling and a perfect picnic spot – just ask for a packed lunch.
Another perfect beach with some great caves hiding some special surprises – walk up to the campsite and along the track to the southern point of the island.
Our house reef spread 3km+ along the shore, snorkeling can be easily done just few steps from your Fare. Variety underwater landscape offer chances for different levels either newbie or expert! We also have an area where turtles are bound on the shallow reef
Adventure is an essential form of exercise we need in our life.
